At Mireille’s Studio, we value our guests and strive to provide the best experience for each of you. Our goal is to offer luxurious treatments tailored to your needs, ensuring you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To maintain the quality of service for all our clients, we kindly ask for notice if a cancellation has to take place.
In case you need to cancel an appointment, please note that any cancellation made with fewer than 8 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50 percent of the services booked.
A no-show appointment will result in a 100 percent fee for the services reserved. This policy helps us to continue providing excellent service and accommodating other guests.
